ThermaLED Overview
The ThermaLED is a specialised industrial LED luminaire engineered for high-temperature environments where conventional lighting cannot reliably operate. Designed for smelters, furnaces, foundries and other heat-intensive process areas, it delivers 19,650 lm at 120 W with luminous efficacy of up to 165 lm/W while operating in ambient temperatures from −30°C to +110°C.
Its aluminium alloy housing uses a dual-layer high-temperature protective coating while a high-tensile 316 stainless steel mounting bracket provides robust mechanical support. An integral temperature-monitoring system helps protect the luminaire under extreme thermal conditions, while IP67 ingress protection, IK09 high-impact glass and vibration-resistant construction provide additional protection for demanding heavy industrial environments.
