Lighting Audit
When safety, compliance and uptime are non-negotiable, the first step is an honest assessment. Our team surveys each area, measures actual illuminance against task requirements, and documents risks like ingress, corrosion, vibration and hazardous zones. You get a concise report with photographs, measurement logs and a prioritised upgrade plan that reduces downtime and targets the biggest wins first.
Lighting Design
Design is where performance, compliance and cost control meet. We model point-by-point calculations in Dialux/Relux/AGi32, select optics to control glare and improve uniformity, and engineer mounting for poles, cross-arms and retrofits. For hazardous areas, we align product selection to your Zone 1, 2, 21/22 classification (where applicable) and site standards. The handover includes layouts, BOQs, IES/LDT files and practical installation notes—ready for execution.
Energy Studies
Projects move faster with a clear business case. We baseline your current kWh, maintenance and failure costs, then compare against a Magnitech design to quantify savings, CO₂ impact and payback. Sensitivity checks for shifts, tariffs, dimming and controls keep the model realistic enough for finance and operations to sign off with confidence.

We support commissioning with mounting, torque and aiming guidance, map spares to your asset register and define maintenance intervals for washdown, dust and vibration.
